Grant Purdy and Stephen Grey will both be presenting at the PMI Australia Conference in Melbourne (8-10 Sep 2014).

On Day 1, Grant will deliver a talk entitled 'Managing Risk Within Projects Must Be Simple To Be Beautiful'.

On Day 2, Stephen will speak on 'Cost & Schedule Risk Assessment: Reducing the Cognitive Load and Improving the Realism'.

On Day 3, Grant will chair a panel on 'Creating value from managing risk in projects'. Stephen will be one of the members of the panel.
