Using methods refined over the past fifteen years on many very large resources and infrastructure projects, Broadleaf developed a cost risk model for Jansen’s multi billion dollar project cost estimate. We facilitated the project team evaluating uncertainty in the major cost drivers and interpreted the results to assist in decision making about the next stages of this very large Potash mining development.

The cost range analysis was carried out in parallel with an in-house schedule range analysis and the schedule results were integrated into the cost model.
