Dr Dale Cooper is now a Fellow of FINSIA

The Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) has upgraded the membership status of Dale Cooper to Fellow.

Dale Cooper has represented FINSIA on the Standards Australia and Standards New Zealand Joint Technical Committee OB-007 Risk Management since the committee's inception in August 1993. Initially he represented FINSIA's predecessor organisation, the Securities Institute of Australia.

Before founding Broadleaf, Dale Cooper worked with Spicer & Oppenheim Consultants in the City of London, working with finance sector clients in the UK, the USA, Hong Kong and Australia. When he returned to Australia he was Joint Managing Director of the stockbroker Pring Dean McNall, and later National Manager International Services with Standard Chartered Bank Australia. At Standard Chartered he was responsible for trade finance and priority banking and a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee, the Asset and Liability Committee and the Marketing Committee.
